Every batch undergoes our 6-step QA process—in-field sampling, HPLC alkaloid assays, microbial and heavy-metal testing by ISO-17025 labs, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with each shipment.

Each order ships with:

No, we do not offer custom packaging or labelling
Q10. Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We ship only to states where kratom is legal. Orders to banned-state ZIP codes are automatically declined at checkout. See our Kratom Legality by State page for details.
Compliance & Legal
Q11. How is age and ID verification handled?
All buyers must confirm they are 21+. For regulated states, we use a real-time age-verification API (Veratad/AgeChecker) and may request a secure ID upload for final order release.
Q12. What if my product arrives damaged or non-conforming?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the COA batch number. We’ll investigate and, if validated, offer replacement or credit, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
