1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all wholesale purchases of kratom (“Product”) made through KratomKonnekt.com by an approved wholesale customer (“Buyer”).

2. Minimum Order Quantity

– MOQ: 25,000 kg / 50,000 lb per order.
– Partial shipments below MOQ are only allowed by written agreement.

3. Ordering & Acceptance

– All orders are subject to Buyer’s approved account status.
– A written order confirmation from KratomKonnekt constitutes acceptance.

4. Pricing & Payment

– Prices are quoted in USD, ex-works (EXW).
– Payment Terms: Prepaid, Pay On Delivery (as agreed).

5. Shipment & Delivery

– Title and risk transfer at seller’s warehouse (EXW).
– Estimated shipping lead time: 1-2 business.
– Geo-blocking enforced: orders to banned states will be canceled.

6. Cancellation & Returns

– Orders may not be canceled once in production.
– Returns only accepted for non-conforming Product; Buyer must notify within 7 days of delivery.
– Approved returns subject to 15% restocking fee.

7. Compliance & Legal

– Buyer warrants compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing kratom.
– Buyer shall not resell into banned jurisdictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

– Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the non-conforming Product.
– In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United States of America**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
– Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction** of the federal and state courts of the United States, and the parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
